Situated in an infill site behind an existing community centre, DrytekHäas contracted to deliver 20 2-bed homes. Working as main contractor, DrytekHäas delivered the entire project over 6 months, around half the time of a traditional construction programme.

With the modules being almost entirely pre-finished, 2 months after the installation of the modules, the new homes were handed over to the client.

The homes have been built to the highest environmental standards, ensuring that the new residents will be able to afford to heat them, assisting in alleviating fuel poverty.  For example, the new homes include integral PVs, which provide power to the homes, helping in keeping running costs down.
