Contractor
DrytekHäas can deliver your project as a turnkey contractor, managing everything from initial planning, through groundworks and into handing over completed homes. Our experienced construction team have delivered projects ranging from £1m to over £500m in value.

Supplier
DrytekHäas can provide you with a supply-and-install service. We can deliver our high-quality homes to foundations you have installed to our standard specification. We take responsibility for most elements of works above the foundation levels, giving you comfort that you will get a quality product.

Developer
DrytekHäas acts as a developer in its own right, delivering our homes on sites that we buy and obtain planning for. We can also work with partners to assist them in buying a site or obtaining planning permission on land they already own. We don't have a one-size-fits-all model, so if you have any queries, please do get in touch.
