As part of the agreement, DrytekHäas is developing a full planning application for the site with our architects AHMM.  This has been submitted to the South Downs National park for consideration.  In summer 2024 it is hoped to begin the main construction works, subject to a successful planning decision.

The project sits in the South Downs National Park and has already been determined as appropriate for development under an outline planning application.
